MeDitorial shall not be liable for any damage caused to you or any third party as a result of your use of this website as a result of a breach of such agreement and you shall indemnify the claiming party to the full extent and amount of such damage. MeDitorial shall not be liable for any misuse or misinterpretation of the information presented herein.
  2. The contents of the Site are intended for the general public unless otherwise stated. In particular, the content of the site includes professional articles, information about professional events and links to other professional sites or organisations. The site is a database pursuant to Section 88 of Act 121/2000 Coll. on Copyright. All use of copyright is governed by this Act. The operator of this website points out that it accepts no liability for any damage to the health of the user or third parties resulting from the use of the Counselling Service.
  9. The questions sent to the Counselling Room also serve as an information resource for users with the same difficulties. For this reason, the Operator reserves the right to publish any queries addressed to doctors via the Advice Centre. The Operator therefore asks users to provide only such information in their enquiries as may be public, avoiding in particular information that may identify the person of the enquirer. The website operator is therefore unable to comply with requests not to publish queries.
